I didn't get the $10 coupon on Walmart so it's only a $23 difference and now I'm seriously considering returning the walmart one and buying this one for this reason alone. I listened to the Select Pro last weekend and was thoroughly impressed by the base compared to my other bluetooth speakers but the clarity left a little to be desired.

How does this compare to a UE Boom 2 speaker sound wise? The UE Boom is smaller for sure.

Just bought the JBL PartyBox 100 for $199 from Walmart. I know this is much more expensive than the OP one. But can anyone who has both tell me which one to keep if I only need one speaker (outdoor)?

Depends on your needs really. Do you want a bigger, loader sounding device that may have karaoke features, that is more suitable for outdoors, then the party box is a great purchase ... Or do you want something smaller that is more beneficial indoors

You might as well buy another right now, because as soon as you hear this you're going to want another one to pair in stereo!
This is the lowest price I've ever seen the motion boom sell for, as I bought mine for 76 and that was the former low price I believe. Two of these paired is exceptionally loud at around 110 decibels, and sounds awesome, very hard to beat for under $150
If you have 2, what's the pairing process like? Is it automatic? Is it an ordeal every time they turn on, etc?

How long are your showers?
Far too long according to anyone who comes in after me, but the reason I went big was for lack of other words, bass feel. (Also being a dad I'm required to do a good chunk of my reading in the bathroom so it's nice to have proper sound 😂)

It's too bad I got the Walmart one last week I would have nabbed this at the price but I ditched the box already because I was going to use it for a Christmas party Friday night lol. I can't justify buying another even for the improvement unless I sold or gave away the current.
"... or gave away the current"
Need my shipping address? Lol

Got the one from Wally World for 40 and decided to stick with that, titanium drivers would be nicer but not for almost 2x the cost
Was there a coupon I missed out on on the 50 price?

Did you get a chance to listen to the Pro?

I had both and kept the Pro. The difference in sound quality to me was very negligible.
The bigger differences are the stereo connectivity and the battery life which for my use case the Pro is just fine.

Same frequency is listed for the Select Pro on the Walmart website.
