I might have found a workaround for those that can't get the 25% to work:
- add the shampoo to your cart (non subscribe and save)
- click through to checkout
- at checkout it will show "Save 30% today; Save up to 15% on future auto-deliveries" in the product info. click that and it should apply the 25% off

$8.55 for the pair after 25%, $10 extra savings in cart, and 15% S&S - thank you!

FYI - when I initially clicked on the coupon it said I was not eligible. I went into incognito, visited the product page, clicked the coupon, and THEN signed in, went back to the product page, and the 25% coupon was applied!

Brilliant! I did your steps through out the last step, but just don't pay yet because you will only get 5% s&s. Go back to the original s&s page and I got the 25% coupon automatically applied so I'll be able to stack with 15% s&s. Finally got it for $7.99!

So after refreshing multiple time's and not getting the 25% off I decided to change browsers. I switched from Edge to Chrome, had to sign in, and BOOM! got a not as good offer, but still a great deal. See below for invoice breakdown.
