I have been hunting brickseek ghosts for years and have never found anything in electronics without a lot of arguing.

Thanks Op. Just got one from my nearest Walmart. Its not in display in Chrome Books section. I have asked an associate to check if its in stock and he find 5 and confirmed its $99

Had to drive about 40 minutes from home but it was worth it! Brickseek showed there was 2-3 available. Grabbed two for $99 each (one for a friend) and there was 1 left. I can turn off my alert on the Duet now, don't think I'm gonna find it any cheaper than that!

Does return and rebuy work? The store that has it in stock has it for $191. the store that's out of stock has it for $99.00 or another store for $45.

They have cracked down on that. For me (on another item), not only did they not let me do return and rebuy, but they wouldn't even let me return it at that store. They told me I had to return it at the store I bought it. So a total of 3 trips wasted. Not worth it IMHO.

I had another tab open ready to purchase a 10e with 32gb storage for the same price.
Brickseek said three Duets were in stock for $99 each at a Walmart only 10 miles away.
I said "what the heck," jumped in the car... and all three were sitting in the locked cage!

6+ at closest store to me, but not worth the hassle of trying to find them. Probably decent tablets for kids and such, but already have an iPad Pro.
