I just saw a Target tv commercial saying it's a single purchase of up to $500 in GCs. Damn it, this would have been legendary.
+5% Citi/Discover/whoever's bonus=15% off of Target GCs=10% better than what you'll get with RedCard.

If you buy only one $56+ Gift Card using that Circle 10% off transaction, it's pretty slick to stack it with this Citibank Dividend $10 Credit offer, as that's about 28.75% off total.
But if you buy the maximum $500 Gift Card amount using Target Circle 10% off offer, paying with a 5% Credit Card for that one giant $450 transaction (after 10% off) is better total cashback, since Citi usually will only give you 1-2% cashback along with that $10 credit.
YMMV
