I got 5% back
I bought Target eGift card today for $50. I will post later if I get $10 credit. It will take some time. My last Citi offers on BP and ExxonMobil got credited like 7~8 days later.
In case someone figured it out. Has anyone got the error fixed for merchant offers?

Seems Target split up my one purchase of several e-gift cards into several transactions. I guess I won't get the $10 credit for this. Oh well…

You need to call Citi to get it credited to your account, it happened to me also and I called customer service at CITI and they credited it back to my account and it will show on my next billing. For the one that don't have this problem, if you check Merchant Offers and it already shown $10 earned.

I use the app. It started out rocky, but seems to have gotten better including redemptions.

What number did you call at Citi? I'm having issues with multiple merchant offers not posting even though the website said I earned the offer.

Just the CITI card number on the back of your card.

Yes. I got the $10 from the Citi Merchant Offers today for a $55.56 gift card purchased I made on the 5th (when the 10% Off Target Circle coupon was active).

Look carefully about the requirement which is not easy: Earn $100 back when you spend $60 or more to make the switch and open a new line on an eligible AT&T unlimited wireless plan. Enjoy unlimited talk, text, data and 5G access. Visit www.att.com/unlimited. Offer expires 12/31/2021. New AT&T Wireless customers only.

Also "Must make single $60 minimum payment by 12/31/2021 using your eligible card associated with this offer."

You will probably receive the credit in January or February after satisfying all these...

Over on the DoC forum a few people mentioned buying items at the same store with multiple cards and getting the credit on some, but not others. No rhyme or reason.
