Yes. I got the $10 from the Citi Merchant Offers today for a $55.56 gift card purchased I made on the 5th (when the 10% Off Target Circle coupon was active).
Also "Must make single $60 minimum payment by 12/31/2021 using your eligible card associated with this offer."
You will probably receive the credit in January or February after satisfying all these...
Over on the DoC forum a few people mentioned buying items at the same store with multiple cards and getting the credit on some, but not others. No rhyme or reason.
