I've bought these sale items in the past. Mostly good quality, except the Stanley blades. I've found them to dull rather quickly. I personally prefer Irwin blades.

Up a dollar, or 25% from the past couple of years, the tape measure and blades are still a decent deal. We gave away the tapes two years ago and they are ok, but that locking lever does not really hold very well, if at all. The FatMax versions are much better for reach and locking.
Many people, including myself, very much dislike that spring 'Wonder' pry bar that bends before it does anything. The Stanley thickened, or better, the hexagon shaped shaft FatMax version wrecking bar is the one to have.

True, there are better blades and better tools than any of these, but not in this price range. Even the Irwin are about triple this cost in a 50 pack, but two 50 packs[lowes.com] are surprisingly a lot cheaper per blade at the box stores.
With quick change utility knives, I get by with these for the price. There was a time when every drywall installer carried a stone to sharpen their utility blade that of course, required screw removal to change. We have been using this Stanley 10-399 knife[amazon.com] for years that just lasts and lasts. No retraction, not much to wear out and holds the blade solid. Push the button and it swivels open to change or remove blade and storage.
11-921 stanley blades are the best for stripping copper. Running your knife down copper to strip it on many of the more premium blades just leads to the edge chipping. These blades dull but do not chip as easily letting the blades last much longer when stripping wire. Nothing beats a nice hot asphalt road to strip with but if it's cold out i definitely prefer these blades.

Wish the deal was for the Wire Stripper/Nail Pullers instead of the pliars. Somehow lost mine last week, and it's one of my most used tools. The funny thing is, I was only working at my house, so I can't figure out where I lost it. It will probably turn up as soon as I have bought a replacement...LOL
I need to remove base boards in our bathroom. Pry bar will do the trick.
Might be a bit of overkill. I usually have no need of a large prybar when pulling base. This one is kinda big, especially in a bathroom where you want to be careful about chipping tile. A five-in-one tool is usually sufficient. Or maybe a small prybar if it is really glued in there well. The base I pulled from my kitchen a few weeks ago popped right off, I don't think they had even glued it at all.The way my apartment is constructed, I should not have been surprised. LOL

I saw that and appreciate his work, but my results varied. 🤷 ♀️

I think I have used 3 or 4 of the blades in 2 years.
