Three year warranty is converted to LSA with registration within 90 days of purchase. Both new and factory blemished tools have the same three year warranty.

Just received mine, and it's flawless. Started the LSA registration process and got the note about "print and mail some stuff". I saved my Order Confirmation email as a pdf, uploaded it into the system as a receipt, then chatted online. Kit had LSA status 30 seconds later. He also took care of a pending Sander registration that had been sitting there for 2 months.

Very easy process. Nailer/battery/charger is brand new and has the full LSA on all items.

I bought this on Nov 29. Received on December 11 due to Fedex issue, registered on Dec 12, receive LSA approval on Dec 13. All doc were upload via website, no need to mail in anything
