There's an easy fix for the left earbud issue. Take a needle and stick it through a microscopic hole in the back (you'll see it when you look for it) until you feel a click. That's a tiny hidden reset button that Jabra doesn't ever mention for some strange reason. Hold it for 10 seconds and voila, working headphones, and the problem shouldn't ever come up again either. I really don't know why their customer support doesn't tell this to the thousands of people who send theirs in.
The left (slave) bud always has issues
I'll just throw this in here. I've had the 65t and the 75t, both great buds with excellent fit. The 85t have noticeably better ANC and sound, but Jabra ruined the fit. These are slightly bulkier and, because of it, tend to slip out.
I rarely had this issue with the other two models. I could do an activity like Cyr Wheel and have no issues with the 65t or 75t, but I can't even play Beat Saber on a Quest 2 without the 85t popping out.

Yep, bought a refurbished Jabra 65t active. The left bud's volume was lower.

Had no idea that small hole was a reset button. When my left bud issues pop up I just poke around in there with a needle thinking it's a sensor that got clogged with wax or something. It definitely does work though.

I had the same issue come up eventually on a non-refurb pair of 65t and the same fix that SpaceboyScreams described is what fixed it for me. If you still have those buds then I would recommend doing this.

When I ran into the same issue and saw this fix described on Reddit, I was pretty skeptical. No one could explain what that hole was for, but it magically fixed my buds so I was happy about that.

These keep falling out of my ears. Fit kinda sucks. I bought some memory foam ear pieces and those work okay but overall I'm unhappy. Got my set for free so can't return it.

Has anyone tried the new models and compared them to the 85t? I read the 85t fit is different, and may be a bad fit for more than not.

they have a lot of intermittent issues but its not a deal breaker although its annoying af. Mine will sometimes just cut out. I have to put them back in the case and then put them in my ears and it usually fixes it. Don't know what it's caused by, it could possibly be a congested bluetooth channel or just a shitty product.
