Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents who are physically
located in one (1) of the following participating markets ("Participating
Markets") CA, FL, IL, MI, NJ, NY, NC, OH, TX, & VA, age twenty-one (21) or
older, at the time of entry
Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Entry Period
A random drawing will take place on or about Wednesday, December 15, 2021
to select one (1) prize winner.
One (1) Grand Prize: At-home holiday gourmet meal experience with up to fifteen
(15) friends, curated by Belvedere Vodka (the "Event"). ARV not to exceed
$25,000. Prize will include food, non-alcoholic beverages, décor, rentals, personal
chef and mixologist, and a $185 Drizzly Gift Card (terms and conditions of the gift
card apply).
ALCOHOL IS NOT PART OF THE PRIZE.
Winner and Sponsor will coordinate a mutually agreed upon day, time, and menu
for the Event. Holiday gourmet meal must be completed by January 31, 2022 or
prize will be forfeited. Winner and his/her guests must be 21 years of age or
older and Winner will be required to sign and return a liability waiver release
for utilizing the Winner's home for the Event.
COVID19 NOTE: If the Grand Prize is cancelled due to Pandemic or other
health related causes, there is no cash alternative to the prize listed above.
Sponsor will follow current CDC and local state guidelines for
conducting/scheduling the Event.
If the actual value of the Prize is lower than ARV stated in these Official Rules,
the difference will not be awarded in cash.
