got mine today. watch box is not shrink-wrapped (but flaps are still glued together). weird. does this not come in shrink-wrapped box from Apple?

Usually shrink wrap stuff is fake. Most of the fake airpods are shrink wrapped.

Apple stop shrink wrapping a lot of stuff because of "environmental waste reasons" but I see it more as a cost savings than anything.

I guess you haven't purchased anything apple lately.

This is a vey good deal if you ordered it, got WD 4TB for $40 last year from them, also 2nd gen airpods for around $60 I think.

Actually, I have purchased plenty. So, you might want to check your stuff, unless you have all old stuff. The fake stuff is hard to spot, but the shrink wrap is pretty much a dead giveaway these days.
