Edit: While bulky, these are definitely open-weave type gloves and won't be as warm as proper encased gloves. So they're all the bulk without the warmth
Seems ok. Based on the reviews, this probably is a light to mid weight glove intended for spring / falls temps more than sub-30 degree windy winter days.

Heavy insulated outer glove (or mitten) with a liner inside. When you need dexterity/touch, slip out a hand from the main glove. Ideally the outer gloves have a wrist strap so you can just let them dangle.
Either buy a glove that comes that way, or DIY with a running/liner glove and a ski glove that's big enough to fit the liner comfortably.
Honestly, the Head ski gloves that costco sells this time of year for ~$20 are pretty good...and last time I was in a costco, they had thin touchscreen running gloves in the same aisle that would make a good liner. Only downside to this combo is that I think Costco has cheaped out and the adult ski gloves no longer come with a wrist strap (the kids ones do though).
Not the entire finger area is covered with e-tip 'fabric' so its inevitable I guess. It only struggles in certain instances when I'm trying to use the phone 1 handed. Anytime I use 2 hands, I never have a problem with e-tip. I've tried with both an Apple device as well as an LG Android.
