You're also going to have bandwidth limitations for other devices plugged in besides the display if you're not using a Thunderbolt dock, and are running 4k@60Hz. DP 1.4 running on a USB-C hub leaves zero bandwidth for USB 3.1, any device plugged in running at that frequency and resolution gets USB2.0 bandwidth.
So honestly, why are you even looking at USB-C hubs rather than Thunderbolt ones?

You should understand that any additional USB devices you plug into that hub, while running 4k@60Hz, will be running at USB2.0 speeds. This is simply a limitation of USB-C. In order to get everything running at full speeds, you need a Thunderbolt dock.
4k@60Hz for these multiport docks is just a gimmick. If you actually want 4k@60Hz, you need either a dedicated dongle for only the display, or a Thunderbolt dock.
They outsource their Hub production to Sure-Fire Electrical Corporation, also a legit company headquartered in Taiwan that's been around since 1989.
They do outsource manufacturing to China, but this isn't one of those fly by night manufacturers who produce the cheapest products possible and slap an old American logo on them.

It looks like the 9 in one has ethernet, but no mention of support for Galaxy.
I bought a 4k 60hz HDMI hub, and only 1 of my 3 tvs recognized my phone. Switched to a 4k 30hz, and now all my tvs work with my phone.
