No problem buying gc's with other sites.
They say must be a precise match to charge account, so if you live on a street, it best not be St or St. ?
Ridiculous.

I tried 4x now. Won't use them again.
if your CC' billing address (or name) does not match with your egifter account, that might also cause a decline.
Also your PayPal email address has to be the same as your egifter' account.
There is so many reasons. Sorry about that
