I love both. Tiny fish vs huge fish is one difference, though very little mercury in sardines.

Great Tuna. Awesome sandwiches and I also give my 15 year old senior dog one can a week spread out over 3 days as a topper food. Spoil your dog and cats, they deserve it.

You should only be on keto for 3 months at a time. Google keto cycling if you want to do it longer. If you want great health start planning out a low carb diet while still doing keto so you know what to do next, and don't revert back to old eating habits. Key is don't revert back to old eating habits, so have to have a plan figured out and in place when you get off keto.

My two bits. What I said is good info for you.

Yeah it is.. listen, maybe some will disagree, but I live in Japan 6 months a year.. eating ground Tuna like this.. you won't tell the difference. Maybe eating at a real 4-5 star restaurant.. maaaybe.. but doubtful. Just saying.. these guys fish everything out of the west/east Pacific (depending where you live) so we eat a lot of fish. Just sayin'.. it's not a big deal when it comes to Tuna. I'd say go for what you like. If this is it, I can't argue with that. Cheers
