Why comparing 24" with 27". Both are 1080p. Depending on your usage go for 1080p or 4k monitor.
I brought these for my home office purpose and these are best deal for this price. (1080p is enough for me)
If you are looking for gaming then this is not for you.

This is great find. Such a sexy design, lightweight monitor (mind you 7lbs for a 27'' monitor is insane) and 300 nits at this price point combine with Freesync and IPS 99% sRGB is a gem. I don't care about VESA but greatly appreciated the small footprint this monitor offered. Ordered 1 for pick up at my local target. Thanks so much OP
I believe people who not into competitive FPS games will love this monitor. All of my casual gamer friend didn't use VESA and want a slim profile monitor like this, but my local Target only got 1 left so too bad for them laugh out loud
Also a great monitor to move around. For 7 lbs would be easy enough to pack it whenever I change my rent.
