Why comparing 24" with 27". Both are 1080p. Depending on your usage go for 1080p or 4k monitor.
I brought these for my home office purpose and these are best deal for this price. (1080p is enough for me)

I believe people who not into competitive FPS games will love this monitor. All of my casual gamer friend didn't use VESA and want a slim profile monitor like this, but my local Target only got 1 left so too bad for them
Also a great monitor to move around. For 7 lbs would be easy enough to pack it whenever I change my rent.

having said that which one is best !? i am looking for a 2nd 27" monitor . i didnt like the idea of having one 34" monitor with PBP option !! split- screen viewing is not comfortable at all!.
