I have literally never been able to check out on UA's website, it's the most glitchy checkout process ever. There are year's worth of reports of people experiencing the same thing and apparently their IT people have no incentive to fix the issue and allow customers to check out and give them money lol. I've even called and tried to checkout that way and eventually their reps will say "it's a known issue, please try again in a few hours". Never gets fixed.

Yeah seems kind of a head fake - sign up to get free send shipping - and go to checkout and shipping costs $4.99 for me. No free for you! Doesn't even say free shipping above $XX.
