The Fortnite and Rocket League stuff are pre-loaded, so can't just sell a code. Can sign in to any account and claim them though, so if you know someone who might want them you could sell them/gift them that way.
I bought an S version Xbox for my 11YO about a month ago via the All Access program where you pay over two years, and where the Ultimate Game Pass is included (for 2 years).
I was not crazy about that idea although (Wirecutter thinks it's a great deal apparently) at the time no one had just the unit itself in stock. I thought with Christmas coming soon, better to secure it (then) than to wait until around now, and possibly no inventory at all (especially this year).
But it's $600 total! Again, for the S, which is $300. 2 years of the Ultimate Game Pass that it includes is definitely not worth $300.
Questions:
Anyone know if there is a way to cancel All Access program if I already bought it? (Xbox is unopened). SHOULD I? I assume the board agrees that $600 is crazy for an S.
I think MSRP for the included subscription is

From what I saw looking at previous FP deals for Game Pass Ultimate, you can get it for 3 months at about $30. Assuming you can continually find that deal or better, that's $240 for 2 years.
I feel a little sick now.

My Gr Kid wants the 1000 vbucks and the skin that comes with this bundle which if i went to buy offline it would cost me $50 to $75 more.

It was a gamble, and I bet wrong. I went 'safe' and paid more (well, full retail) bc I thought inventory would be zero if I waited, given all the supply chain issues.
If people do not care for it then go buy the Costco 1 i sent back in the mail but it is saving me from hearing about the skin. Oh and also 1000 Vbucks which is another $30 in game.
