I just got back from CVS and can confirm this. I bought 2 Colgate deep clean 3.3 oz. On sale for 2/$7.98 with mfr coupon of $7.98 = FREE. Just pay tax. Add the coupon to your card online or print it out at the kiosk at the store. I added the coupon to my card online because sometimes the coupon printer at the store does not work.
I tried to put 2 of the eligible toothpaste in my cart online to check the coupon but it did not take off the $7.98 for some odd reason but I can confirm this works in store. Expires 12/04/21 though

Need to load the $7.98 coupon onto your ExtraCare account first.
Stock is selling at 2 for $7.98, and when you check-out (self or cashier), ensure the $7.98 off coupon is applied.
Walked away paying tax only.

Maybe if you added it to your account earlier it will still be there.
In several states there is either no sales tax, or you pay 0 sales tax if your subtotal is 0. So for a lot of Slickdealers, even in states with sales tax, this is free each time.

I was able to get this for $0.71 yesterday, sad to say, I'm excited for it haha
I also wasn't able to get it to work online. So I just went to the store and bought it. The cashier asked me of I wanted to apply the coupon. I said yes. Otherwise, it would have been $8.xx
