I used nothing but this on my Celica for over 10 years. Had 300,000 miles on it when I finally sold it and never had engine issues. I will always use this in my new vehicles if able.

$16.40 for 5 qts syn, decent deal, with no rebate. In for 2. Personally, any big brand is fine with me.

$16 for synthetic and no MIR is really good. Sure, you can find it a bit lower at times, and with a MIR you can get to $10-12, but I need to restock and I'm in for 4. Thanks OP.

Not the hottest price considering that Mobil 1 was about $10 after rebate a few months ago. But then again no rebate hassle on this one. Those f..king clowns at the Mobil 1 processing center are giving me and my father grief over buying the oil with the same credit card, even though we are 2 completely different households.

Its a good deal for a oil that does not require a MiR.

QS oil also meets all new SN, SN+. and SP API specs. So the oil will work just fine also.

My dad has a 2006 Tundra that he bought used at 80k miles and I use whatever full synthetic oil is on sale on Slickdeals for ~$16 or less. I have used 5-6 different brands by now. 380k miles and still going strong.

The previous owner used conventional oil. Oil changes every 10k miles for Full Synthetic and 5k for conventional. Routinely goes over to a couple thousand miles for late oil change (it's a work truck that spends it's life hauling heavy stuff on the freeway.)

With modern oils I find it hard to be loyal to a single brand. Frequent and timely oil changes and freeway miles make a much bigger impact.
