As it is, terrible. You have to remove an o-ring around the blue water restrictor, then the pressure is awesome.

Hand held shower heads should be required by law. Once you use one, it's impossible to go back to a fixed head.

Got this last time it was a slickdeal. I really like this shower head. I have very hard water and this shower head has not been a problem. Other shower heads, even with the rubber tips had issues after a few months. This delta is going strong almost a year now.

Yea I've had that problem. The rubber tips usually fail under hard water. Delta has good customer service and just sends me a new set. You could simply strip the rubber tips and it fixes the problem. You just wouldn't have the same type of stream as before.

It comes with instructions and you usually just need a crescent wrench to install. There are YouTube videos as well.
