Addendum: Not everyone who got this deal was abusing it. I did 1 order for 2 @ 2:37am EST/11:37pm PST. Thought doing more might increase odds of cancellation. Took almost 7hrs, but I was surprised to find I got them this morning.

If you got cancelled because of fraud prevention, you can try contacting customer service to see if they can issue you a discount code for a future order for the inconvenience. Be polite and kind. YMMV.

Update: the order actually filled. 20 mins after submitting order, got 2 codes.
Update 2: successfully redeemed 2 codes and added to account. Now I can finally go to bed.

order 2:26 AM --> got email with two codes 2:57 AM (31 minute difference)
order 2:27 AM --> got email with two codes 3:03 AM (36 minute difference)
order 2:32 AM --> got email with two codes 3:32 AM (60 minute difference)
I tried 4 more orders afterwads, using a different card/PayPal, but all were canceled immediately for "location restrictions on placing and shipping orders"
I redeemed all six $200 codes I received, to my Apple account immediately after receiving them, so that they don't get stolen or applied to some hacker's account or somehow taken back by slimy Walmart.
Overall, $1,200 of Apple credit for $815.61 ($858.54 minus $42.93 from 5% Discover cashback), which amounts to 32% off if you factor in Discover! Great deal!
