Not even close to the same unless you're just talking about a portable chair. The items you linked are much shorter and don't have head support. Think bucket seating vs almost an actual chair.
I went through a buying streak of portable camping chairs on Amazon and ended up returning all the smaller chairs because I didn't need the extra portability.
From a comfort perspective, go with the taller ones. Amazon does have a few nice tall ones with extra storage nets but they're about as expensive if not more than this REI deal.

EDIT: Yes the amazon chair is lighter (5 oz) but also considerably smaller. So on closer inspection, no they are not basically the same but could be a useful alternative for someone.
I saw one of these in Costco during the summer, they had a demo chair. It is so comfortable that I bought one on the spot. About the same price as this, would recommend.
