I just bought a 44mm without trade for $189.99 and did a different order for a 40mm with $30 trade for $129.99
You have to add the watch to the cart and start to check out before seeing the lower price.

Just a heads up, Samsung's website is the most broken website I've ever encountered lol. Usually if someone gets a deal, it can be replicated by trying different things. For example, on my first go around, I did not see this deal. I exited and reloaded the pay app, went back, and it was there.
1. Samsung link within Samsung Pay app (search Samsung under Cash Back)
2. There should be a Galaxy Watch4 advertisement with a Buy Now button click on that
3. Select your configuration (watch and size) but the key is to NOT change the band that comes with your watch (Sport for the 4 and Ridge-Sport for the Classic). You will know if you didn't change the band should only see 2 items in your cart.
