The gift cards that work are generally the same ones shown in the pictures.

For exclusions, sometimes the brands will have different denominations or multi packs. Those aren't always included.

I'm not speculating that you can stack the offers, I'm speculating that the gift cards in the buy 2 get 5 off deal may be excluded from the 15% deal, meaning you can only get 5 off of those gift cards and not one or the other, if that makes sense.
