No risk. Apple owns Shazam. Just go to https://shazam.com/applemusic in Safari. After TouchID, it will redirect you to the Apple Music app, where you see the terms of the deal.

I also get 2 FREE months as I'm already a subscriber with the student tier. However, if I apply it, my only concern is that I'll lose my student subscription pricing as it says "free for 2 months and $9.99 in 2/2012". My student sub is $4.99 a month. Think I'll pass as I don't want to lose my student sub.
