This has happened to me with a lot of offers in the past few months. I spend quite a bit at BB and so I get a lot of offers, $10 here, 10% there. What I have found works is to log out of Bestbuy.com, then click the offer link. I contacted support about this, and they had no clue, they kept telling me I needed to activate my Bestbuy credit card. Its just a site bug, but this should let you work around it.

Got an email this morning from Best buy with subject 'Click for a chance at $5,000 in reward certificates.'. On click of 'reveal now' link, it shows what we are offered. I got 5$ valid till 13 the Dec. must be targeted. YMMV

get nothing but scam from BB. Week before BF, they ads - lowest price guarantee, then during BF and CyberMonday - they blackback out PriceMatch policy.
Has been supported them during Covid nearly 2 years, now they betray loyal.
