Label should have directions, but usually it is washable, with cold water and hang up to dry.

I've bought some of these sweaters from Jos A Bank in the past. These are pretty basic, thin sweaters, and the sizing can be all over the place. The fit is usually rather boxy, not slim at all. The cotton ones I bought in the past shrunk a lot. You get what you pay for.
