Heads up at least for me both codes seem to no longer work with this product ("Your order does not qualify for Free Shipping - No Minimum Order Value.") But the new code until midnight 12/8 does: SANTASALE

I don't think there are many if any pictures. Amazon has them listed for grades 3rd to 7th and ages 8 to 12.

From the umpteen reviews, it seems that many parents have objected to more mature themes in the books than what they wish to introduce kids at this age group to. This is not my personal opinion as I have no experience reading these books.
