Just the Bose Wave.
Why not use your PC to covert them all to MP3s?

Edit: btw if I'm not mistaken, any DVD or Blu ray player will play regular audio CDs.
Anyone who flys once a year should buy the 35s for that price imo.

Not the best sound quality out of the top players but definitely the most comfortable for plane rides. I prefer the clear balanced sound of the Bose also compared to others
QC 35 II:
Pros: $70 cheaper than the 700
Foldable so takes up less space if you are using it for travel

Cons:
Micro USB charging
No quick charge, takes about 2 hours to fully charge and lasts 20 hours on a single charge

700
Pros: Better mics for call quality, better than the QC 35 II
USB C and fast charging 15 mins will give you approx 2 hours and full charge lasts the same 20 hours.

Cons:
Non foldable so the carrying case takes more space

The choice between the 2 ultimately will come down to how you want to use it apart from the comfort factor which is subjective and I can'tt really say which one will fit you better.

I own the QC 35 II and I wear glasses and I find them comfortable but I dont actually wear them for more than a couple of hours at a time. I am sure you will start feeling the headphones if you are wearing it for prolonged period like 8-10 hours. I am sure any headphone at hour will be somewhat uncomfortable.

If you are planning on using it mostly at home and for calls/meetings then probably the 700 is better choice.
You will charge it more frequently since you are using it for your work calls, so quick charge is welcome.
Also the size wont matter because you are not carrying it.

If you are actually going to use this for travel or you are mostly buying it for ANC and listening to stuff and just occassional phone calls, then save the $70 and get the QC 35II

There is a reason why bose still makes and sells both models, they are not a replacement of each other but targetted to different audience. I am not sure when they came out with the QC 35 II why bose did not update the micro USB to USB-C?

Also like me if you are using an apple device, micro USB and USB C does not matter because you have to carry a separate charger anyway and cant use the phone charger.

Hope this helps.

I got in on the same deal last year for the QC25, which does not come with Bluetooth. But was able to add a $40 adapter from Amazon to upgrade them - works great.

Glad to see the QC35 has BT included - getting two. One for me, one for an Xmas gift.

Thanks OP. +1 and repped!

FYI - I bought the Bose QC25 last year through this same deal and added a $40 Bluetooth adapter to be able to use them without needing to use the included 3.5mm cable. The adapter is no longer available but here's the link:

https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PH36Q1R

The QC35 is also a cabled headset, so getting a BT adapter is a nice upgrade, particularly since the headset itself is discounted enough to help cover the cost. There are several QC25 adapters on Amazon, I don't personally know if they're physically compatible with the QC35 or not - I don't have a QC35 here to compare - but it is definitely worth looking into.
You are wrong, QC35 is bluetooth.

Most of my stuff is digital. I'm looking for a CD player primarily for the kids to listen to and it's more difficult for them to navigate the digital stuff. Also, we get CD's for the kids from the library which we can't burn.

only the QC45 has USB C port, but that will be 100+ dollar more. most reviews suggest they are basically the same with a few design changes only.

i have seen people wearing it at the gym but personally i would not. 1. the headset top is fabric and will absorb sweat. 2. it's more for noise cancelling in noise places like airplanes instead of gym.

I have been to good in avoiding to get this for years.. But I failed this time, with someone owning much headphones like qc25, xm4, hd598e. I just caved to this with its price point. And now just giving some excuses to myself that I can pass some of it to my boys in the near future Smilie

It depends on your workout.
If it's stationary (lifting, benching, etc.) or just running: I'd say yes.
If it involves a lot of jumps and/or position changes (HIIT style): probably not. Keep in mind: although very lite, they are fairly bulky.

I own these and highly recommend them if you even slightly think you want noise cancelation as an option with your headphones and are okay with the micro-usb. I reach for these more than any other of my earplug/headphone options for noticeably superior comfort.

I have these as well as the sony "competitor" the XB900 not 1000. These are great, I have worn them for 12+ hours easily more than 100 days and they are very comfortable especially comparing them to the sony. The noise cancellation is great. It was a game changer for sleeping at truck stops. Also makes car noise go away. The one I bought came with a great hard case although I'm not sure about refurbished... Comparing it to the sony, my ears not only feel more comforable but also are less sweaty. The quality of sound is great, although if I am taking time to watch a movie and wear a headset, I reach for the sonys because the bass is barely noticeably different. But if I didn't know any better and only had one choice then I would be more than happy with the bose. There is also no equilizer to adjust the sound for bose but I'm pretty sure whatever it's connected to will have it's own equilizer. Also these connect to 2 devices at a time which is great. If the battery runs out, it always surprises me how much they recharge with little time.
