If people have AMEX blue check to see if you have Spend $250 or more, get $25 back. I'm not 100% sure it will work with the cricket refill cards, but I know other retailers do not consider the refill cards gift cards, so this might work.
I'm going to buy $250 of cards and hopefully the amex blue offer works with it.

Anyway, I just went straight to the Best Buy site, did a search for prepaid cards and found a long list of different carriers at 10% off. Thanks for posting this.
For anyone looking at this deal, you do need to set up an account with Best Buy. There was no sales tax in my case although, unlike Target, I did get hit by a worthless government fee scam of 30 cents.
