why? are you planning to use the knife as a decoration?

The etchings are tiny, hardly noticeable. The bigger concern you should have is what sort of defects these knives have. I got a bunch of knives during the last sale and I couldn't tell much, except 1 that looks like the tip was broken off and they rounded it down.

I picked up 3 small cutting boards and a sharpener this time around. The prices on the knives aren't as great as last time, especially compared to the Kaji initial price mistakes last time.

I just got my werewolf knife in and I'm pleasantly surprised on how sharp it is. It feels kinda thin, but overall I like it a lot more than I thought I was going to.

It's supposed to be a big pairing knife? More workable than a chef's knife, more blade than a paring knife?

Did you actually want a chefs knife or a main knife?
