Are you serious? Why would you bring negativity by calling me an ass? I took the time to post this deal to inform people and allow them to plan ahead for holiday shopping.

Some people always complain in deal threads and reference old deals that were better but currently expired. I was simply making a light-hearted preemptive comment. There was zero malice intended. Hence the joke about a time machine. I even added in a friendly "Happy Holidays" at the end. Take your attitude somewhere else.

FYI : Easily price match with local Walmart, Bestbuy or Micro Center if you want to pick up local (some area has limited stock)

In the past when the Target weekly flyer has advertised an Apple Watch being on sale, the same discount applies to both sizes. That's why the sale is listed as prices "starting at." I'm sure they elect to just represent a model with one pic each for space considerations.

FYI Target will once again offer a free $10 Target gift card when you spend at least $100 in Apple gift cards. The deal will be valid 12/12 thru 12/18 according to page 23 of the weekly ad preview: https://weeklyad.target.com/promo...212&page=8

RedCard holders can save an additional $4.50. The discount is not equal to 5% ($5) because Target assigns a $10 charge to the "free" gift card and $90 for the remaining balance owed. Therefore RedCard 5% is based on $90 so the discount equals $4.50.

Valid in stores and Target.com. Ad indicates limit of 1 per guest, but YMMV in stores.

This unfortunately isn't as good of a deal as the $100 + $15 Black Friday deal or the Walmart.com price mistake of $200 for $143.09, but none of us have a time machine.

There are reports Apple has locked the accounts of people who added too many gift cards to their Apple balance. Has that happened to anyone here who applied multiple gift cards?

Apple allows up to $2000 to be saved on your Apple account balance. I would imagine most people won't come close to that limit (and doing so would in most cases require adding multiple cards if that was the source of funds). With that said, other than preventing fraud and the use of known stolen gift cards, why would Apple lock an account? They sell expensive items and they know it. What is your source for these "reports" and how many are we talking? Sometimes 1 outlier of a situation can misrepresent what's actually happening.

It's been happening to multiple people, definitely not just one. Search reddit.com/r/apple for gift card and read through threads where problems are reported. Apple seems to have some algorithm which can automatically lock your account for adding multiple gift cards.
