I've bought 2. 1st one was a 65900f and had some issues and returned with no problem. Then gave them another chance with the 75900f and has been 2 years with 0 issues.

Did a website trust search and looks like all negative reviews. For example bait and switch, damaged packages, delays and very poor CS. I would say not worth it esp for a "refurbished"

I haven't bought a TV from them, but I have bought 3 portable speakers and a Sony tablet ages ago. I returned one speaker no problem. The other 2 are XB40's and they're great. The tablet was fantastic as well. All refurbs.

Their parent company is Liquidity Services, Inc. (liquidation.com). I have a Samsung LN40A650 I bought from them in 2008(ish) that's still kicking. Picked it up at the Garland, TX warehouse, which is where all my Secondipity orders have shipped from.

Long story longer...I trust them and have had no issues.

I bought a refurbished 85" Sony X900H from them in February 2021 for $1,500 on their ebay store. I got a Squaretrade warranty that covered refurbs just in case. The shipping was free via freight. The TV looked brand new (still had protective film) in seemingly the original packaging. The only weird thing was that the serial number on the TV didn't match what was on the box, but perhaps repackaged TVs in different boxes from the original is expected with refurbished items.

Aside from Sony's own X900H firmware / misleading marketing problems, the TV is flawless. I haven't run into any quirks that the non-refurbished versions hasn't.

I'd give it a shot if it's a really good deal, just get a warranty that covers refurbs.

order one through them before crack screen....no problem returning it but waste of time unpacking then packing a 85 inch tv

I had a very poor experience with Secondipity. I bought a "refurbished, excellent condition" Sony TV from them on an auction site.

The shipment company they used was a nightmare. The delivery was outsourced down to three different companies and I spent hours on the phone calling around trying to figure out where my TV was and when I should be around to expect delivery.

Finally, it arrived but the TV was just loosely in a box, not even taped closed. It was broken--a bunch of debris was behind the screen and ruined the picture.

Getting it sent back was also labyrinthian. Some local mom-and-pop delivery company was contracted to pick it up which I was expected to call and work with, schedule, etc. It took them hours to find any information on the contract.

Basically, don't expect a good experience here. Count yourself lucky if it works out.
