I purchased things from Gap about 3 weeks ago and they are yet to arrive by post. It's stuck at Groveport Ohio since last week and has not moved since then. Very disappointing.

Gap and Old Navy, (Banana Republic /Athleta are being phased out) ship from one main warehouse in Groveport and a few smaller locations around the country. I've worked for the company for over a decade, I wouldn't order from them, take that FWIW.

All these backorders from them...almost makes me feel they take your money before they place an order for them. Once they know how many people are buying it, they place a large order for a batch and then once it gets made, they ship them, saving on leftover inventory and also saving on working capital.
