its an LG840 phone.
looking at the the paper work it say to retrieve the minutes wihting 60 days of order
trying to activate it it seems like it needs aplan so I bought a $9.99 for shitandgigles.
it say to shutdwon and turn on to activate... not working

got it working
it is a nice phone small. has some apps but not enough fopr it to distract.
got it activated with a 30min month plan for my 5th grader for emergency calls to me and wife.
it is slow and don't load apps so he can';t use it for time waster like games and social media
When the IMEI of phone is registered to the sim there are ways to verify & VZ must now be enforcing it. I've read of several others having issues.
