From December 12, 2021 to December 18, 2021, Target has a Buy 1 Get 1 15% off promotion on select video game gift cards and subscription cards. Many of these cards are also eligible for 5% off when purchased with a Target RedCard for a potential savings of up to 12%.

In-store/email delivery availability appears to vary. Presumably any cards on the promotion can be mixed and matched, with the cheapest card(s) getting the 15% discount.

https://www.target.com/pl/4896343...9208692617

Examples:

2x $100 Steam/Xbox/Roblox/Nintendo eShop/PlayStation gift cards for a total of $185 ($175.75 with RedCard)
2x Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (3 Month) for a total of $83.23 before tax ($79.07 with RedCard)

Looks like persian_mafia posted this deal before me here.

It might be prudent to update that thread with the potential for an additional 5% RedCard savings.

Based on the item page for Fortnite V-bucks (https://www.target.com/p/fortnite...nk=sametab), all denominations of V-bucks are included in the BOGO 15% off promo.

Also, in case it doesn't get carried over from the version of the deal I posted before I saw this one (https://slickdeals.net/f/15496804-target-select-video-game-gift-cards-bogo-15-off-potential-5-redcard-discount), you can get an additional 5% off many of these cards when you purchase them with a RedCard.

Has anyone actually seen the Steam cards in stock anytime in the last month? I've been checking every single day, and this is the second time they've gone on sale with no stock (I really wish they'd offer digital Steam cards like every other gift card).

Not too bad with it stacking Redcard discount. Got $200 PSN credit for $175.75 or about $88 for $100 credit.

Effectively 12.5% off IF you have Red Card. Not the greatest since 15% is the bar right now but if you were going to use this today anyway then not terrible.

A related question:

Anyone know if the rumors the Wii U and 3DS eshops are closing next month in North America? I had seen something about you won't be able to use credit cards in like Europe after late January 2022. I don't know if this applies in the US, if you will still be able to use gift cards, or if the shop is going bye bye for all.

Would like to get a few games @ $20 digitally that are stupid costly physically, but my wife has spent so much this month, I'd rather wait until February/March, ya know?

Definitely a dead portal running but no official announcement yet - just the end of card payments for now though. I would guess Nintendo will give customers a min of 6 month heads up before it's completely shuttered.

Thanks! Costco isn't selling PlayStation gift cards (online) for whatever reason anymore, so $46.25 for $50 is the best out there right now 😎

Check Brickseek. I bought some yesterday (before the sale). They had them in the electronics department. Brickseek showed "limited stock" but they had plenty.

Also, if you have Chase rewards, check to see if you have a Target reward. I had 10% back with a $7 maximum.

Brickseek for the $50 Steam card: https://brickseek.com/target-inve...07-08-0176

$20: https://brickseek.com/target-inve...07-08-0174

$100: https://brickseek.com/target-inve...07-08-0175
