I recently bought two of these loveseats for $699 each and requested price adjustment.

Note that the power cord it comes with, is not fully flush so if you have OCD you may want to buy this:

Being an L shape, it will allow you run the cable straight down and under the couch. If you do buy an L shaped cord, you want a power cord that's non-polarized, 125V 10A, 2-slot, 18 AWG x 2C

Yes, the seat backs are removable..

I'd just fill it out and see what happens, doesn't hurt to try. As another person mentioned, these are in stock at varying warehouses, so they're still selling them which leads me to believe they should honor a price adjustment for you.

I own the loveseat. It's very good. The Costco delivery service was great too. I bought it for more and the price decreased and got a refund for the difference. It's too bad that the sofa and loveseat are out of stock.
