I have both tempur cloud pro (Hi) (6.5") and tempur cloud breeze (6.4")
I like very firm and thick pillow. Both pillows are not firm and thick enough for me. Sometimes, I used two pillows. But, two pillows are super high for me.
Does it worth over $100? I would say "No"
But, I don't like most pillows in America anyway. Most of them are not firm and lose their fluffiness so quickly.
Most pillow cannot maintain its fluffiness and cannot withstand the compression of your head and it ultimately becomes flat.
You need the regular original tempurpedic pillow. I dont know the name but it has a funny shape vs normal pillows. Have had one of these for over ten years, and it's nice and firm and holds it shape very well.
Sort of apples and oranges since these two pillows use vastly different fill material. I know nothing about MyPillow other than the owner seems to be very political (which seems like a real bad business posture to me).
Take home message from the review: While MyPillow doesn't offer cooling features or adjustability, the variety of fill levels offered is very valuable (especially for combo sleepers!). Sleepers can mix and match different levels of fill in order to accommodate various positions, and even stack them to play around with the loft and level of support. Sleepers who like a fluffable, foldable pillow would likely be most compatible with MyPillow as the polyfoam inside offers a cushy-soft feel. Ultimately, MyPillow has a very traditional cloud-like feel, but the variety of fill levels really sets it apart.
My pillow has a 60-day "Try It" guarrentee and a 10-year material defect warranty. I have no idea what MyPillow considers a material defect overtime.

Tempur-neck is 20" x 12.5" x 4.75" for the large size
Tempur-down king size is 33.25" x 17" x 7.91"
They look like they all will fit a king size, but you can check the measurements from their site.
Here's a good review on the 4 different firm level pillows that MyPillows.com provides from a reputable site.
