I bought a $100 Verizon gift card @ verizon.com and I received the Amex email confirming the use of the offer shortly after the purchase.

I have the offer but it takes you to the offer page that consists of expensive phones and tablets and that's all….

Correct me if I am wrong, but it seems like there aren't any eligible items that are anywhere close to $75.

Edit: I purchased a set of headphones not on the promo page and the $75 back posted to my AMEX.

It needs one charge over $75, thus if buying multiple items and verizon ships them separately, there is risk each individual charge below $75 I guess.

Got it on my Biz Plat. Used it at Verizon on the personal website for a store pickup. Got the e-mail that it was used. We'll see how that pans out.

Check your American Express cards to see if you are targeted to get $75 off $75 for at Verizon Wireless by 2/14. Terms state that this is available on AMEX business cards only, YMMV if your cards are targeted.

Appears that it is useable on items in Verizon store, received confirmation email after completing a purchase transaction.
