Correct me if I am wrong, but it seems like there aren't any eligible items that are anywhere close to $75.
Edit: I purchased a set of headphones not on the promo page and the $75 back posted to my AMEX.

Check your American Express cards to see if you are targeted to get $75 off $75 for at Verizon Wireless by 2/14. Terms state that this is available on AMEX business cards only, YMMV if your cards are targeted.
Appears that it is useable on items in Verizon store, received confirmation email after completing a purchase transaction.
