Correct me if I am wrong, but it seems like there aren't any eligible items that are anywhere close to $75.
Edit: I purchased a set of headphones not on the promo page and the $75 back posted to my AMEX.

This is what I read.
I bought a PS5 controller for 70 + tax > 75, received the Amex confirmation immediately and also version confirmation too. 2 day free shipping and I'm checkout as guest.

I think the offer terms only mention Verizon Business as being eligible but hopefully the credits post.
