Correct me if I am wrong, but it seems like there aren't any eligible items that are anywhere close to $75.
Edit: I purchased a set of headphones not on the promo page and the $75 back posted to my AMEX.

This is what I read.

Offer valid online only for Small Business Wireless transactions at US website verizon.com/amexoffer. Valid only on purchases made in US dollars. Not valid on purchases shipped outside of the US.
