I bought a $100 Verizon gift card @ verizon.com and I received the Amex email confirming the use of the offer shortly after the purchase.

I have the offer but it takes you to the offer page that consists of expensive phones and tablets and that's all….

Correct me if I am wrong, but it seems like there aren't any eligible items that are anywhere close to $75.

Edit: I purchased a set of headphones not on the promo page and the $75 back posted to my AMEX.

That sounds fishy. All of my cards had the invoice and a return shipping label in the envelope.

Yep felt fishy when I opened it. It was sealed, just the gift card by itself. Seems like someone just put it in without activating/loading it.

Anybody used PayPal and got the credit? I never had a problem getting credits for other offers so never gave it much thought. It's been a few days since the transaction cleared so it didn't look like I'm getting credited this time. Also, I'm wondering why Verizon included the information any returns if it doesn't accept returns of gift cards.

Not sure what can you buy. If I search and add a bluetooth speaker, it takes e to the personal site. So not sure if the amex cashback will be applicable. Waht are other folks buying?

how is verizon's return policy? thinking of getting a few different things to try out first, and then return the rest. (ie buying $75 of phone accessories and some headphones and returning either the headphones or the accessories depending on which I decide to keep)

Will they hassle me if I open and try the headphones before returning?
