Correct me if I am wrong, but it seems like there aren't any eligible items that are anywhere close to $75.
Edit: I purchased a set of headphones not on the promo page and the $75 back posted to my AMEX.

Only the card came in the package....no invoice or receipt. Been on the phone/with someone via online customer care for four hours. None of them have a solution, they are constantly transferred to different departments (as am I). Returns for GC's are not possible. I think a charge back might take months, which is past the expiration date.
Verizon sends me to rebate department. Rebates say they are a separate company and a Verizon giftcard has nothing to do with them...send me back.
