orders keep getting cancelled, anyone else orders cancelled? had my sister order them cancelled as well.

Yes. Mine was cancelled. I'm 25 minutes into a call with customer service. The rep doesn't know why it was cancelled. Her supervisor doesn't know. His supervisor doesn't know. They're up to a "level 7" supervisor, whatever that means. I asked if she could just place the order for me and give me the discount back, but she said no, they don't do that, and they won't price adjust after the fact because this isn't a price adjust this is an automatic coupon and I already used it.

Why do the reps have to jump through so many hoops to fix something so obvious?
Costco reps used to have so much more power to just make customers happy.

I'll let you know what comes of the call.

Thanks for the reply, I was getting worried that I have gotten my sister banned, I returned the last two gifts she sent us after not liking them. I also tried purchasing as a non member but also got cancelled.

37 minutes later they get approval to put the order through. They're stating "system glitch" as the reason for the cancellation. Good luck getting yours back!

No. The gift card needs to be redeemed in full and once it's in a player's account it cannot be transferred to another. Better off buying in smaller increments if you want to give multiple gifts.

It would be great if you could then I would never give my child $50 all at once which they will spend quicker than I would like.

Mine was cancelled, after successfully ordering the Nintendo GC's yesterday. I opted for the online chat - took 45minutes and they called my account number (with permission) to verify quite a bit of other info (addresses, others on Costco membership, membership age, etc). They had me place a second order (while on the phone) and provide the order number which they then approved.

They basically implied they're hammered right now, given Xmas, and fraud is a big thing with GC's as others have stated.
