Fyi, it is my understanding that anything previously certifiable as HDMI 2.0 can now be certified as HDMI 2.1.

One should not assume that a cable certified today as 2.1 is in any way an improvement over a previously purchased 2.0 cable. All features should be listed on product page. This post (and product page) does a nice job of clearly listing the capabilities of the cable.
I picked up 2 at local store, it's long and heavy, feels substantial good made. Otherwise shipping is free above $35.

Update: hook up with my RTX 3080 and Lg cx, 4k@120hz G-sync HDR works perfectly
A jump rope.

Anything that uses HDMI? My use case is primarily to act as backups when older ones crap out.

One of my soundbars wasn't registering DTS:X and Dolby Atmos until I switched to a HDMI 2.1 cable. Tried three different new HDMI cables, 2 of which were 1.4 and one was 2.0. I still haven't been able to figure out why.

Picked up a couple for that reason as well. For my ub820 and soundbar. Cheapest price for a 10ft nod

Backups sounded like a good idea ... Until I realized that I've never had one fail.

Got one for my LG SL8YG soundbar, hope it helps with the dropped audio. Would the PS5 benefit from a different cable or is it the same speed?
