It'll convert to approximately 4 months of Ultimate. Your Xbox Live membership was upgraded to ultimate.

One month of Xbox Live Gold converts to about 20 days of Ultimate.

i thought when you converted to game pass ultimate it would include online play?

so you need gamepass + XBLG to play online correct?

All versions include online play on xbox. The ultimate pass gives access to a lot of games. And then there's versions where you access the games on pc, Xbox, or both.

If you buy this 12 months, call up xbox and see if they convert it to gamepass for .01 otherwise you have to pay $15 dollars extra and can get gamepass for 64 dollars for 13 months which i just did 2 weeks ago over the phone

As long as you do not currently have ultimate, yes, it will convert 1:1 when you upgrade.

No need to call Xbox, you can upgrade to Ultimate right from the Xbox dashboard, their app, or the website. If you qualify for a promo (like getting a month for $1) it will show after you sign in and click the upgrade option. If you don't qualify it will just be $15 to upgrade unless you can find a 1 month code cheaper elsewhere.

yeah i tried that in 2020, thats why i mentioned calling because im assuming most probably dont have that upgrade left on their account
