After getting it for free the last couple of years, that link only shows $20 off. Bummer!
UPDATE: Nvm! I see it on the summary page after refreshing a couple of times.
How to download instead of online version?
UPDATE: Figured out how to download. After logging in, I reopened the Fidelity link, on the top menu goto file your taxes, cd/download, compare products, and the premier should be $0. Had to try this several times but finally got the download version.
Ah bummer, I don't see it anywhere in my account. Only the $20 offer.
I tried fidelity chat and they said to call ISR if not eligible

+1.
Mods should just lock this thread down from new posts. Everything useful relating to how to check if the offer is available to you and how to download CD version has already been discussed on page 1.
Vast majority of subsequent posts in this thread is just e-panhandling for a code. One poster even solicit GCs in exchange for a code.
But that's for the download. The question was whether the online version stays free. And the answer is yes, it does. I started on my PC but then went to the app and it still showed it as free.
Sorry, but this is a ridiculous comment. It says the price is $0. You can't possibly expect them to show different language for the rare case where the price is free. You will pay the price shown, which is $0. Not to mention that if it really were B&S, is would have been mentioned a long time ago. You make it seem like you're the first person to use the offer.
Did you read what I wrote? I'm referring to the part on Intuit's website where it says:
"Start for free
Pay only when you file"
It sounds like you didn't click the link mentioned in #2 thru #4 of the OP instructions... it's at the top of the page that loads from the Fidelity site. From what I remember, what you clicked on is on the page that comes up and you scrolled down.to the buying choices there.. you want to click on the link at the top of the page first. The options from there will show a zero-cost download option for Premier without the "start for free" notes.
Ah that was it about going to the top left of the Intuit site you get from Fidelity! Thanks and repped.
Edit: For those wondering, specifically it says:
"Premier
Recommended for:
Investments & rental property
$100*$0* Federal
Includes 5 federal e-files
and
1 state download. State e-file additional
Buy now"
Note that you have to create and log into your Intuit account to download it.
