I purchased this grill yesterday in Upstate NY. The clearance price was $294.17. It has a 15 year warranty on all parts. Very good quality, similar to a Weber grill.

Brickseek shows regular price at all the stores around me. I'm never able to get these deals at any of the Lowes near me.

Don't give up yet! Sometimes Brickseek might show regular price, but when an associate scans the item with their barcode reader, it might show a different price. It happened with me and the Delta Table Saw they had for 50% off. My Brickseek showed the local Lowe's had 3 in stock at regular price. They were in fact for 50% off. Go to the store personally and check it out.
