A few things...
  • As someone else mentioned, its set to retire soon meaning a collectors item, ROI within the next 6 months for sure.
  • The dollar to brick ratio is good thanks to it not being Star Wars
  • It's never been a super popular set but its actually an overall very positively reviewed set and the nice touch of changing the leaves makes it even better.. if you display it, you can change it with the season!
  • I think it's adult enough even though its a tree house.. if you're worried about it being to kiddie.. I dont think this set is

Would I buy this for me? No. Not my thing, I would buy yet another Star Wars set.

Would I buy this for Dear Leader Kim Jong Un? Perhaps.
