CHECK YOUR ITEMS CAREFULLY. Even if it's inside, make sure it's not used, and yes, my box still had the stickers on the outside.
Stickers? Theraguns are wrapped in cellophane prior to being sold in retail stores.
Yeah I guess that explains it. There was no wrapping just the box and stickers. Probably a store employee that didn't know to open the box to inspect. I feel like stores should always open boxes to make sure high'ish priced items weren't take out, like in this case.
Smh… Sorry that happened to you. I would definitely contact Macy's customer service to get a replacement + anything extra that can be issued for this bad experience.
I hope karma is a b*tch to the person who stole the original Theragun.
Just report it. It should be $10.72 back.
